We just moved in recently but have decided to move back into a mobile unit so that we can continue to travel. It's a really nice unit on a beautiful lot in Wildwood Golf and RV Resort, a 50+ resort. It has an enclosed veranda with a separate A/C, two gazebos and one of the biggest lots in the park.
Although we were only here for a short time we have made a number of upgrades. First of all, we upgraded the electricity from 30A to 50A. We also changed some of the older blinds to a more modern type. We have installed a new furnace. We built and installed a new desk for computer work and installed a phone jack in case you want to use DSL for Internet access. We added a new propane regulator with automatic cut-over.
There is a shed and a clothes drying rack. There is a propane heater for sitting in the yard on cool nights. There is a picnic table . There are a bunch of chairs and tables outside for entertaining.
Fees are paid for the summer. All you have to cover now is electricity.
